Eligibility Requirements

If you acquire any of the Microsoft products listed below between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2001, you are eligible for an upgrade to Small Business Server 2000 for only the cost of shipping and handling, plus applicable tax.� In addition, any Small Business Server 4.5 Client Add Packs acquired in conjunction with your initial server acquisition, provided they were also acquired between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2001, will be upgraded for only the cost of shipping and handling, plus applicable tax.

This offer is extended to *retail, OEM and *Open License customers. Orders are limited to one per customer/company. You can use one coupon per product.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Ordering your Product��

To receive your product, simply complete the order form below and mail it, along with your proof of purchase and payment, to the address listed at the end of the order form. Offer good through March 31, 2001. Order must be postmarked by April 30, 2001.

OEM Customer Requirements

To qualify for this offer you must provide the following proof of purchase items for the corresponding Small Business Server 4.5 product:

Server:

Submit a copy of dated sales receipt (verify that the receipt for your computer, preinstalled with one of the products mentioned above is legible and includes the purchase date�between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2001); and
Provide the 20-digit Certificate of Authenticity Product ID# which is located above the bar code on the front cover of the manual. Insert this number in the order form field marked �Product ID #.�
Include the manual�s title page with all items submitted.��

Client Add Pack(s) (if applicable)

Submit a copy of dated sales receipt for any Client Add Pack purchase (verify that it is legible and includes the purchase date, which must fall between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2001); and
Submit the complete original bar code label from your Client Add Pack envelope. Or submit a photocopy of the label on your 3.5� Client Add Pack disk.

Terms and Conditions

Products are shipped upon availability.� If you have any questions regarding this order or shipment status, please call (800) 801-8483 before returning this coupon. No phone orders are available with this offer. Offer valid on items acquired between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2001. Materials must be postmarked no later than April 30, 2001.

Note: Pending inventory availability please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery upon receipt of this order coupon by Microsoft.
